The peculiar mechanics always allow for a smooth gameplay: while players initially have a huge choice of actions to attempt to take control of the islands, as the game progresses the options are reduced in step with the greater strategic planning required. The choice on one's turn also determines a bonus move by the opponent, in a concatenation of actions that ensures high interaction with no downtime. Each move can determine the outcome of the conflict, resulting in a challenging and ever-changing confrontation!
